Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatch services, consulting, coordination, or administrative support.
If a billing error occurs, clients may contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
