What documents do I need to get set up?
Four: your MC Authority Certificate, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, and your factoring NOA or a voided check. Have those ready and setup takes about ten minutes.
What is the weekly recap?
Every Friday you get an email with what you actually ran that week: miles, average rate per mile, and deadhead percentage. You do not have to ask and there is nothing to log into. It is how you always know exactly what your dispatcher is doing for you.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Power only, dry van, reefer, flatbed, stepdeck, and box truck. Each one gets a dispatcher who already knows that equipment and its brokers.
How fast can I start?
Most carriers are moving freight within days. Send your details on the Carrier Setup page and a dispatcher calls you the same day.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes, nights and weekends included. A 2 AM breakdown does not wait for business hours, so we do not either.
What is your dispatch percentage?
It depends on your equipment and how many trucks you run, so we do not quote one flat number. Call sales at 832-658-2658 and you get an exact figure on that call.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term lock-in. A dispatch service confident in its work does not need to trap you in one.
