How it works
From first call to first recap.
No 40-page onboarding and no mystery. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you, and what we take off your plate.
Send your details
MC number, equipment, and where you like to run.
What we need from you
Four documents, and you only need them ready for the call, not uploaded: your MC Authority Certificate, W-9, Certificate of Insurance, and your factoring NOA or a voided check. That is the whole list.
A dispatcher calls
One person, who then stays your person.
What the call covers
Your equipment and what you will and will not haul. The lanes you want and the ones you refuse. Your home time. Your rate floor, which is a much shorter conversation if you have already run the CPM calculator. And the dispatch percentage, quoted exactly rather than as a range.
Paperwork, once
Carrier packets and broker setups, handled here.
What we handle from here
Broker setup packets, rate confirmations, and the back-and-forth that goes with both. If a broker needs something, they ask us, not you.
Loads booked
Round trips planned, deadhead minimised.
How loads get chosen
Our AI pulls from multiple sources into one view and ranks against your equipment, your lanes and your cost per mile. A dispatcher then works that list, because ranking a load and knowing which broker actually pays detention are two different things.
Your recap
Miles, RPM, deadhead. No asking.
Why the recap exists
Most dispatch services tell you it was a good week and you take their word for it. The recap removes that. When the numbers are good you see it, and when a week runs soft you see that too, and we talk about what changes.
Start at step one
Ten minutes of details, and a dispatcher calls you the same day.
