2. Information you give us

We only collect what you type into one of the two forms on this site:

Carrier Setup form: your name, company name, MC number, phone number, email address, equipment type, number of trucks, number of drivers, preferred lanes or notes, and whether you checked the SMS consent box.
Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, and your message.

If you call or email us instead, we keep what you tell us in that conversation so a dispatcher can follow up.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page or search that sent you here. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working, not to identify you personally.

The free calculators on this site run entirely inside your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us and are never stored anywhere. The cost per mile calculator saves its result in your own browser so the load profit calculator can pre-fill it; you can clear that at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Carrier review videos load from YouTube only after you click play. Until you click, YouTube receives nothing from your visit. Once you play a video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.

The SMS consent checkbox on the Carrier Setup form is optional. You can submit the form and work with us without checking it.

If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Highway Heroes Logistics about your setup, your loads, and your dispatch service.
Message frequency varies based on your freight activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 832-658-2658.
Opting out of SMS does not affect your dispatch service. We will call or email you instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.

5. How we use your information

To have a dispatcher contact you and set up your account.
To book and manage loads on your behalf, which means sharing the details a broker or shipper needs: typically your carrier name, MC number, equipment, and insurance documentation.
To send you your weekly recap and other service communications.
To answer questions you send us.
To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We share your information only where it is needed to do the job you hired us for, or where the law requires it:

Brokers, shippers and factoring companies involved in the loads we book for you.
Service providers that run our email, hosting, phone, and analytics systems, under agreements limiting them to that purpose.
Authorities, where we are legally required to respond.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep carrier records for as long as you are an active carrier with us, and afterwards for as long as our tax, insurance, and legal recordkeeping obligations require. Contact form messages that don’t lead to an account are kept only as long as we need them to answer you.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to carrier records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your choices and rights

Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
Opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link.

To make any of these requests, email info@hhlogs.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, and we will honour them.

10. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies its analytics and hosting require. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

11. Children

This site is for commercial motor carriers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to active carriers directly.
