By using hhlogs.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. These website terms are separate from the written dispatch agreement you sign when you become an HHL carrier, and where the two differ your signed dispatch agreement controls.

2. What we do

Highway Heroes Logistics LLC is a truck dispatch service. We search for freight, negotiate rates, handle broker setup and paperwork, and report your weekly numbers back to you. We act as your agent in arranging freight.

We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, or freight forwarder, and we do not take possession of freight. You remain the carrier of record, responsible for your own operating authority, insurance, safety compliance, hours of service, and the physical transportation of every load.

3. What we can’t promise

• We cannot guarantee any specific rate, rate per mile, load volume, or income. Freight markets move, and what a lane paid last month is not a promise about next month.
• We cannot guarantee that any broker or shipper will pay on time, or at all. We will pursue it with you, but payment risk sits with you as the carrier.
• Any figures shown on this site, including the sample weekly recap and the load board illustration on the homepage, are examples of the format of our reporting rather than a forecast of your results.

4. Your responsibilities as a carrier

• Hold and maintain active operating authority and the insurance coverage your loads require.
• Give us accurate information about your equipment, drivers, and availability.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, and all applicable law.
• Tell us promptly about breakdowns, delays, accidents, or anything affecting a load in progress.

5. Fees

Dispatch fees depend on your equipment type and fleet size and are quoted to you directly before you start. The applicable fee, billing schedule, and any notice period are set out in your signed dispatch agreement, not on this website.

6. The free calculators

The calculators on this site are provided free and for general information only. They produce estimates from the numbers you enter, run entirely in your browser, and are not accounting, tax, or financial advice. The hours-of-service calculator is a planning aid and your ELD remains the record of duty status. The IFTA calculator does not include tax rates; you supply the current rates and the result is an estimate, not a filing. Check important decisions with your accountant.

7. The website assistant

The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed list of prepared questions. It is not a live agent and not an AI system, and it cannot see or act on your account. For anything real, call 832-658-2658.

8. Acceptable use

Don’t use this site to break the law, to scrape or overload it, to submit false information through our forms, or to attempt access to systems you are not authorised to use.

9. Our content

The text, photography, logos, and design on this site belong to Highway Heroes Logistics LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The freight photographs on this site show real loads moved by HHL carriers.

10. Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites and embeds video from YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highway Heroes Logistics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or lost freight opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
